Twist and Go: DT 10 Pro Packs 5500W and 60 Miles of Range

When it comes to dirt bikes, more power means more fun. The Dirtrex DT 10 Pro features a 5500W mid-drive motor with 220Nm of torque, delivered almost instantly. Electric motors produce torque from zero RPM, so twist the throttle and go. With abundant power and torque, this electric dirt bike is suited to steep inclines, rugged off-road trails, and demanding riding conditions, while remaining approachable for riders stepping up from an entry-level electric dirt bike.

The 5500W motor gives the Dirtrex DT 10 Pro a top speed of 50 mph. Its mid-drive design places the motor in the chassis instead of the rear hub, reducing unsprung weight to support suspension performance. The mid-drive motor and its wiring are also better protected against impacts and vibration than a hub-mounted motor. A chain-and-sprocket drive allows factory gearing optimization and gives riders the option to change gearing.

The mid-mounted motor is powered by a 60V 27Ah lithium-ion battery that offers up to 60 miles of range. This supports longer rides between charges. The battery uses automotive-grade chip cells for reliability and durability.

With a 17-inch front wheel, a 14-inch rear wheel, and puncture-resistant off-road tires, the Dirtrex DT 10 Pro rolls over rough terrain and uneven ground. An inverted, oil-damped front fork and nitrogen-charged rear shock with coil spring help absorb bumps and jumps and reduce rider fatigue. Hydraulic disc brakes front and rear provide dependable stopping power on descents, at speed, and in changing weather.

Other IN 10 Pro features include Smart Reverse Assist, activated by a handlebar button to back out of dead ends and wrong turns; an upgraded LED taillight; a dual-beam LED headlight; a smart digital display; and a modular body design.
