Both bikes arrived in good condition. One headlight did not work, and the throttle on that bike would not return on its own during our first ride. The boys are still enjoying them, and the set feels like good value for my 11-year-old twins.

My 13-year-old came to me with a detailed plan to earn and save for a particular electric dirt bike. I bought a two-bike set since I have three teenage boys, and I’m glad I did. The bikes have brought neighborhood kids together, and my son is proud of the one he customized. They’re quiet, quick, comfortable, and fun to ride. The tires and suspension handle bumps well. We’ve only needed to adjust one chain a couple of times, despite plenty of use. Parents should make sure riders wear a proper helmet and protective gear.

The customer support was outstanding, and the bikes feel high quality. My Dirtrex DT10 arrived quickly, was easy to assemble, and has been running great.

The bikes feel sturdy and well made. Shipping took five to six weeks, so plan for a longer wait. A damaged charger was replaced promptly by customer support, and the battery lasts a couple of hours.
